Beneficial Ownership
In order to comply with the Corporate Transparency Act of 2021, reporting companies will now have
to report Beneficial Ownership information directly to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), a bureau of the US Department of the Treasury. FinCEN will begin accepting reports on January 1, 2024.
